See what Babbling Brook Dog friendly holiday cottage has to offer

No limit on the number of dogs & no breed restrictions*.

Park in the yard and enter your secure garden through the gate.

Once in your secure (4ft fence) secure garden, your dogs are free to explore the undercover area that houses the hot tub, barbeque, and outdoor seating.

Make your way inside and you’ll find the stunning lounge.

Formerly a cattle barn in the 1800s, the cottage has been thoughtfully converted and is now equipped with everything you’ll need for a cosy break, curled up in front of the log fire.

There’s a fire guard available if your dog or child is not fire-savvy!

When you get home from dolphin spotting or a day at the beach you can watch TV (one in the lounge, one in the kitchen), play a board game or catch up with your social media. The cottage and garden has fast, free broadband.

Your dogs will enjoy the secure garden and love running around the 3 acres of field.
If you fancy a longer walk, then a stroll up the mountain (yes it’s a big hill, but its not that bad!) to see the best views is recommended.

Soak in the hot tub or watch the sun set from the undercover seating area while you watch a million stars in the dark skies over the Cambrian Mountains, an Area of Astounding Natural Beauty.

Enjoy a meal at one of the many local restaurants just 5 minutes away in Lampeter, or cook a meal in the fully equipped kitchen on the range oven (electric) or gas cooker.

Snuggle up at bedtime and enjoy the cosy bedroom.
Dogs are welcome to sleep on the bed with you if you wish!
There are two additional beds in the lounge, so the cottage can sleep up to 4 people.

While you are here…
Your host is an APDT qualified dog trainer and offers a range of sessions including recall workshops, fun gundog tasters etc.
You an also book a healing Reiki session for you or your dog and we offer canine herbal self-medication sessions too.

* PLEASE NOTE – PUBLIC FOOTPATH

We don’t have a problem with having exempted or reactive dogs on site.
We’ve had one ourselves (and she was the best girl!) but we need to make you aware that
there is a public footpath that runs through the 3 acre paddock and garden.

Because of our rural location it is very rarely used (maybe 3 people per year pass through),
but we can’t guarantee complete isolation.
The garden is technically public which means exempted dogs would have to be muzzled.
We can offer an alternative field for your exclusive use where your dogs can run free
and we can guarantee no other dogs will be present if that works for you.

Sadly we appreciate that this means the cottage may not be suitable for everyone’s dogs.
