DIRECTIONS:
Take the B4343 from Lampeter/Cwmann towards Cellan. Continue on this road for approx 3/4 of a mile.
Just before you see the Ceredigion and Cellan signs there is a big pale grey farmhouse (Coedmore Hall) on the right hand side. Immediately after this house turn right and follow this single-track road up the hill for approx 1/2 mile, round a hard left turn by a house and follow this road up to a crossroads. Turn right past a dead-end sign and up the hill, and we are the first left after about 100 yards.
Turn left into the driveway signposted for Lanlas Fach/ Babbling Brook.
Follow the track to the house, and park on the concrete straight in front of you and the cottage is through the big gate on your right.
